Refund & Credit Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

At our discretion, payments may be applied as a credit toward a future Media Collective program. Credit requests must be submitted and the participant must register within 60 days of the original request. Credits not used within this 60-day period will expire and cannot be reinstated. After expiration, full payment will be required for any future enrollment.
