THE PHILOSOPHY
Visibility is cute.
Conversion pays
the bills.
I don't chase press. I engineer authority.

There is a particular kind of frustration that belongs to talented people.
You are excellent at what you do. You have the results, the credentials, the client stories. And still — the opportunity goes to someone with a fraction of your substance and twice your clarity.
I have watched that happen in briefing rooms and boardrooms, and I have watched it happen to founders with better products than the ones outselling them. It is almost never a talent problem. It is a positioning problem. The people who could say yes to you cannot repeat what you do, so they don't.
That is the entire reason The Media Collective exists.

Twenty-six years in uniform
I served 26 years in the United States Navy and retired as a Lieutenant Commander.
The Navy teaches you something about communication that most marketing advice never gets to: when the stakes are real, clarity is not a style preference. Your message either survives being repeated by someone who wasn't in the room, or it fails. Nobody has time for clever. Everybody needs it to be clear.
I have carried that into every brand I have built since. Positioning is not decoration. It is the difference between an audience that admires you and an audience that hires you.
What I do now
Visibility is cute. Conversion pays the bills.
I say that constantly, and I mean it as a warning, not a slogan.
Most of the founders who come to me are already visible. They have been on the podcast. They got the feature. They post consistently. What they don't have is a system connecting any of it to revenue — so visibility becomes a second job that doesn't pay.
Through The Media Collective, I help established founders, coaches, consultants, speakers, and authors build the thing underneath the visibility: a message people can repeat, a position that makes them the obvious choice, and a pitch system that runs on purpose instead of hope.
I don't chase press. I engineer authority.
What I build when I'm not building brands
Foundation of Warmth for Heroes and Wisdom. I serve as Executive Director of a nonprofit supporting homeless veterans and elderly individuals. I served alongside people who came home to nothing. This is not a cause I adopted; it is one I owe.
Skincare by CMG. Named for my grandmother. A clean, ritual-based skincare line, and the reason I understand my clients' problems from the inside: I have had to position, pitch, and sell a product of my own.
Voices of Freedom. I host the show, which means I sit on the other side of the table from the founders I coach. I know what makes a producer say yes, because I am the one saying it.
