I am Natasha Norris, a former state prosecutor who has represented individuals throughout Alaska against the full spectrum of criminal charges since 2006.

I am completely committed to my clients. "Commitment" is a broad term, but by the time we finish our initial consultation, you will understand what I mean when I say it. In short, you will have a tireless and tenacious lawyer in your corner who knows how to accurately determine the strength of the charges against you and how to respond.

I worked as an Alaska state prosecutor for five years, including three years as the sole prosecutor serving Sitka and surrounding areas. I also worked as a prosecutor in the state's sexual assault unit stationed in Anchorage. While serving in that role, I completed the sexual assault response team (SART) training provided by the Alaska Department of Public Safety.

The training provides a more advanced look at what victims experience, what evidence needs to be sought and how to interview all the parties involved to get the maximum benefit of a solid investigation.

My experience as a prosecutor allows me to anticipate the state's approach to a case, how strong it is and how much leeway the state has in negotiating an agreement to reduced charges. I always pursue the most efficient resolution possible as long as it is in my clients' best interests. If a fair agreement cannot be reached, I am a trial-tested attorney who is prepared to go to court.

My training and experience not only provides an invaluable service to my clients, but has also earned the respect and endorsement of my peers. Click here to see what another local attorney had to say about me on Avvo.com.
